paper results directory

I am adding a directory with the initial results from the HUC 01 two month simulation period. These results have been included in a dissertation, several conference presentations and in an upcoming JAWRA paper. It would be nice to have the notebook to generate the paper figure public.

• Directory: "paper_results_jawra", which has a notebook, a figure and the HUC 01 two month LSTM animation.
