Added 2 new providers, Sliderkz and Tidal (sksearch and tdsearch). Sliderkz has no ISRC, and its API is somewhat slow without any artwork done, but it is decently usable as a backup provider. Tidal searching is alright; it supports playlists, albums, and tracks. I haven't implemented artists and haven't tested mixes yet. It requires no API key or anything. (as the purpose of this fork)
