Translate helper v1.4

New features

• Add an action ask a translation from Google
• Add a configuration option to automatically call Google for empty destination
• Add an action to check all the lines of the files

Fixes

• "set source as loan words" action put now the source text to a new line in the corresponding config file
• Replace non-breaking space by white space to avoid they are saved as '?'
