More configurable options, system tray, bug fixes

Added options which can be configured in the config file:

• disableOutlineForSingleWindow - If true then don't draw an outline for a window when there is only one window on a monitor or the layer is in fullscreen mode
• maximizeFullSizeWindows - If true then maximize the current window when there is only one window on a monitor or the layer is in fullscreen mode
• noGapForSingleWindow - If true then remove the gap when there is only one window on a monitor or the layer is in fullscreen mode (has no effect when maximizeFullSizeWindows is true)

System tray icon

zwtwm now adds a system tray icon. Later there will be some funcionality added to that.
