This makes `cargo fmt` work.
The only thing over 100 character now is a URL.

In order to prevent myself from doing these sorts of nitpicky formatting changes, here's every file (save for nixpkgs_problems.rs, since it contains so many strings!) edited to be below 100 columns.
I also added in
rustfmtto the shell, so that I could runcargo fmt.
