  1. Add caching and refactor code for efficiency 

    Introduced `ICacheFolderDao` for caching folder data, refactored `GetFolderAsync` and improved performance of `GetProperties`. Additionally, simplified logic in `FileSharing`, and added caching mechanisms in `EmployeeDto` and `FileDtoHelper`.
