Add GetDeploymentProcess to Beta Projects

⚠️ This PR is blocked by a broken TinyTypes reference being discussed in Slack here. We cannot create a release for Octopus.Clients till that issue is resolved ⚠️

In this PR we

• introduce GetDeploymentProcess and UpdateDeploymentProcess as two methods on the ProjectsBeta Repository
• these are being used as part of integration tests for https://github.com/OctopusDeploy/OctopusDeploy/pull/8928

Update: Don't need this for now. Found another way to do https://github.com/OctopusDeploy/OctopusDeploy/pull/8928
