v0.2.0 Kovan-Bsc on DeBridge CIP

🎉 It's the first publicly available release with decentralized cross-chain interoperability layer under the hood. Operates between kovan and bsc testnets for custom ERC-721 of OnBridge.

🎁 Major Features and Improvements

• Switch to DeBridge CIP protocol and use DeBridgeGate, inherit contracts from AppBase
• Support Kovan testnet as L1 and BSC testnet as L2
• UI popup for bridging process expedition ONBD-45
• UI transaction auto update - no need to refresh page
• Dynamic tokens gallery automatically updated by indexer
• Refactor Web3Status component
• Indexer fetches and parses data and images from ipfs

• ERC-721 token became publicly mintable
• Token metadata JSONs and images hosted on IPFS
• Rotate tokenURI (use one of 16 ids)
