can remove src/@types

Unfortunately, this solution still does not work.

In open-attestation-cli's package.json,

"@govtechsg/open-attestation": "github:eugbyte/open-attestation#experiment/types",

Will have to resolve it by creating our own documentLoader. as you suggested
