🤖🏗🚮：clean up @sweepai evaluation

We wouldn't want this bot getting sabotaged in the middle of Hacktoberfest;
it's not a free service, is unimpressive; and some folks probably won't like to
be working alongside it nearby (it may also actually seem quite terrifying)!!
