Dynamic_Module

Modules can be added in the dynamic view using a repeat block or by inserting a single instance of a module.

When using repeat, allocators for Parameters and ComObjects must be defined.

When inserting a single module, the start values can be specified per module. (They are calculated automatically during publish.)
