Description (*)

For "next"-branch @fballiano made some great changes.

  • removing prototype.js
  • removing outdate stuff like "decorate_tables"
  • ...

IMHO it woud have been better to create a new theme thats availablele for all, not only for next-branch-users.

This PR ...

  • added a new theme, based on RWD/default
  • copied all "skin"-files
  • copied all "template"-files that changed

Todo:

  • merge all "js"-files that replaced prototype.js (i dont see it as a BC break, not?)
