Abstract

Come down and start learning how to use Python and work through computational concepts!

Session intent (what to expect)

This workshop will teach participants basic programming concepts in Python, which will provide a base foundation for future projects as well as gaining interest to attend the following workshop we will provide the coming weeks.

Participate will require no prior knowledge before the session, although previous experience will help their conceptual understanding

I have held programming workshops for my peers as well as for strangers during Open House.

My exco members as well as peer volunteers, who have gone through Digital World.

Logistical details
Is it possible to charge a small workshop fee during this period? as we are doing so for the following consecutive weekly workshops

Could I check when do you intend to hold the consecutive weekly workshops? The week after 28th May is still within the 3 week period of Discovery Week, meaning you'll be holding 2 workshops during this period yes?

@Fishbiscuit the following sessions will be 4,11,18 June
But we will only be having one session in Discovery Week on 28 May
