Turbo LED on the RGB Stack, using the add-on page and an assigned index

Moved the turbo LED activity trigger to our new Gamepad Aux State

[ImgBot] Optimize images
Now that we have a GameState Aux, this makes it much easier to pass a turbo sensor through our project.

Turbo LED should correctly update to PWM type from an upgrade, this needs to be tested.

LED flicker will be tested on an RGB sk6812-eco
