Virtuozzo License Terms for VCMMD

Virtuozzo provides open source versions of VCMMD (“Virtuozzo Products”
or “VCMMD”) subject to GPL2 license terms. Open source versions
of Virtuozzo Products are governed by the relevant version of GPL
(GNU GPL v.2 or later), information on GPL licenses is available here:
https://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.en.html.  

The open source version of VCMMD source code is available here:
https://src.openvz.org/projects/OVZ/repos/vcmmd.

Open source versions of VCMMD does not include VCMMD-Plugins (“Plugins”),
which are available only in commercial version of VCMMD, and are not
open source. Plugins are provided in the commercial version of Virtuozzo
Products and under commercial license only as described herein below.

Plugins are proprietary software of Virtuozzo and, together with
commercial version of VCMMD, are subject to Virtuozzo EULA available at:
https://www.virtuozzo.com/legal/eula/ and General Terms and Conditions
available at: https://www.virtuozzo.com/legal/terms-and-conditions/. 

The commercial license Plugins allows the Customer to distribute
commercial binaries of Plugins without any changes and without
subjecting the Plugins to the GPL and its requirement to distribute
the source code subject to the following terms:
- Redistributions in binary form must reproduce all prior and current
copyright notices, this list of conditions, and the following disclaimer
in the documentation and/or other materials provided with the distribution;
- The source code is not provided and redistributions of source code
is strictly forbidden;
- All advertising materials mentioning features or use of the Plugins
must display the following acknowledgment: “Plugins are included only
in the commercial versions of Virtuozzo Products”.

THESE PLUGINS ARE PROVIDED ``AS IS'' AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR(S) BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING,
BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES;
LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER
