Support ticket system for Odoo 10. Loosely inspired by features in osTicket and Odoo 10 Enterprise Edition. Intended to be compatible with OCA modules.
Install module and go to the Care Center application. Assign Odoo users to
- Assign Issues and Tasks to Support Teams
- Track tickets by Code
- Create Issues and Tasks, with flexible range of Priorities
- Record timesheets, and send customer a PDF report of Timesheet activity
Configuration menu groups Issues/Task related settings together so administration can be performed within the Care Center application.
