This PR aims to handle better when dealing with Tenderly Testnet in comparison with classical RPC URL.
The idea is to detect if the RPC URL correspond to a Tenderly RPC or not. How to do so? By trying to do
setBalanceof address corresponding to PrivateKey 0x0...01, which is only possible in Tenderly Testnet.
