Remove parts of the node that will not be used in v8

Cleaning up of node files as preparation for introducing new features in v8

TODO:

• Reorganize constants
• Remove usage of service agreement service
• Remove unneeded tables
• Review events listened to in event-listener-service
• Remove deprecated functions from web3-service.js
• Rename OTP to NEURO
• ReadMe update
