Welcome to lighty.io 18.4.0!

This is the final release of 18.x release stream to maintain compatibility with OpenDaylight (2023-03) Argon. Lighty.io 18.4.0 includes more recent versions than OpenDaylight (2023-03) Argon SR3 (SR4 has been never released).

This release contains some important fixes and is recommended for everyone who is still on lighty.io 18 (OpenDaylight (2023-03) Argon).
