These files have been used to create an apptainer image of HelixFold3 and could be of use for any others who would like to do the same. The environment.yaml file could also be used standalone to create a conda environment.
Build with:
apptainer build --nv helixfold3.sif helixfold3.defCan be run with:
apptainer run --nv helixfold3.sif run_infer.sh
