Symlink TETR.IO icon

The icon has no padding and does a background thing that didn't look right with the rest of the icons on my dock.

hello!
please tweak the icon a bit because the use of transform:matrix is not a welcome attribute in svg icons that we use, it makes everything more complicated.

try these steps to get rid of it:

• avoid putting elements in groups
• be careful when copying-and-pasting elements between icons of different sizes
• try to find the solution on the internet if these steps don't help

I just realized someone else already pushed icons under tetrio-desktop so I symlinked TETR.IO to them, as the official deb package from their site uses that icon name. The existing icons don't have transform:matrix and look identical to the ones I made. Thank you
