This pull request...

  • Merges the master (1.0.2) and AllVillagers (1.1-beta.1) branches.
  • Updates the code for SMAPI 3.0.
  • Updates the mod build package.
  • Migrates to the new simplified .csproj format.
  • Performs some internal cleanup & refactoring.
  • Fixes an issue where the left/right controller shoulder buttons were always suppressed, even if the player configured different buttons for paging.
