-O3 caused some devices to boot into black screen (kernel start failour) In meanwhile -O3 stays disabled until we find a solution. Since Krait optimisations seems to be helpful, they stays. Change-Id: Ib80e0b1d6e1d1fbdec50bac011b7aa18b3b46747

I don't have this device though, so I can't check that this works. These are the pieces that are necessary to get the 'Battery' option visible in the Settings -> Notification LED, so it should work.
