This PR enhances the blog page of our job-searching platform by implementing several improvements to improve user experience, readability, and performance. The following changes have been made:

**) UI/UX Improvements:

1.) Layout Redesign: Updated the layout to make it more modern and user-friendly.

2.) Responsive Design: Improved responsiveness to ensure the blog page looks great on all devices (mobile, tablet, and desktop).

3.) Improved Navigation: Added a sidebar with categories and tags for easier navigation between blog posts.

4.) Visual Enhancements: Updated typography, spacing, and color scheme to improve readability and visual appeal.
Interactive Elements: Added hover effects and animations to make the page more engaging.

**.)Content Management:

1.)Dynamic Content Rendering: Integrated dynamic content rendering to display the latest blog posts and updates automatically.

2.) SEO Improvements: Enhanced meta tags, title tags, and descriptions for better search engine optimization.

for this ---> npm install framer motion

this is the only dependency which is used to install the animation packages to perform the framer animation
