Aternos AFKBot ✨

License: GPL v3

This AFK Bot will keep your Aternos server alive 24/7.

If you having any problems or errors with this, please let me know by creating an Issue.


Let's Get Started!

Requirements 🎒

What You'll need

  1. A Heroku account. (It's free and simple)
    Sign up at: https://signup.heroku.com/login

  2. An UptimeRobot account. (It's also free and simple)
    Sign up at: https://uptimerobot.com/signUp

  3. An Aternos server or Any Minecraft server you owned.
    And make sure your server settings online-mode set to false.

  4. A Github account.

Setup ⚙

  1. Fork this repository, and edit the config.json file.
  2. Go to https://dashboard.heroku.com/ and create a new application.
  3. Once you've created a new application, Right click on the Open App button at the top and click a button like Copy Link.
  4. Go to the Deploy section and select the repository that you forked.
  5. Select main and click on Deploy Branch.
  6. Click on the More button at the top and click Restart all Dynos.
  7. Go to https://uptimerobot.com/dashboard.
  8. Click Add New Monitor and select Monitor Type to HTTP(s).
  9. Paste the link you copied in Step 3 into URL (or IP).
  10. Click the Create Monitor button at the bottom and click one more time.
  11. Finally... DONE! Enjoy your free 24/7 Aternos server.

Aternos might detect your suspicious actions and get deleted your account!

By doing this, you acknowledge that you are responsible for any problems arise.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING THIS ON YOUR MAIN ATERNOS SERVER!
