Hexdump for Windows v0.1 ALPHA

First testing version is out. To use this software you need to place it anywhere on your C: drive
and add that path into your PATH system environment. Then next time you start cmd,
hexdump is going to be available anywhere on your system.

Refer to hexdump -h command or simply read README.md file in repository or in this release.
