Fixes

Description

  • Records scraped from https://www.lakesheriff.com/969/Use-of-Force
  • Requires at least 14 GB of disk space and runs in about ~23 minutes
  • Should be mostly future proof, if more records are added in the same format the scraper should be able to scrape them automatically as well
  • Also contains fixes for the YouTube downloader for common crashes

Gets stuck in a loop for me when a download fails
