feat(Surveys): Add a survey preview to global settings page

Problem

This PR adds a survey appearance preview that uses the global survey settings to render the preview.

Changes

For any customers without Survey_styling available :

Looks fine; my question is about the paywall – from the snapshot changes it looks like we have this upgrade now button on the Settings page that doesn't actually block access to these global settings if folks haven't upgraded. Is that by design? Is that a quirk of the tests? What does a user who hasn't paid for features see when they try and access this part of the UI?

This is what it looks like if someone without this add-on tries to access the page.
All UI elements are disabled and the buttons aren't rendered to save the settings.
