As discussed yesterday:

1. We will create a "Hummingbird" section under "Themes".
2. We have to inform about the "Hummingbird" here.
3. We have to find a way to link from the List of hooks to this page without making a lot of fuzz. Maybe we could add yet another info box here with the text:

but! I am not sure whether this should be added if Hummingbird isn't released.
