• Philips iSyntax, Shan mentioned that they have asked Philips to release their new SDK but it is not available yet.
• CZI can be loaded via multiple layers but there is a need for a simple single layer data loader.
• HoverNet: implementation in MONAI
• What are the criteria on the performance for sharing a pre-trained model
• Most of the needs around whole slides, tiling and result visualization
• Stain augmentation is an interesting component to have
• Reza: the minimal sets of components can be WSIReader and PatchWSIDataset
