Replace event date blocks

Why use UTC standardized time and date blocks for event list, when discord can show them relative to system's timezone. Much easier to know when it will happen.
How it looks:

Although you still need to add events considering this factor. And I'm pretty sure there's a room to improve it further.

1. because I didn't knew about this feature at the time
2. it breaks alignment in current implementation
3. I was too lazy to add it properly, including to the event editor
