This PR updates the site layout and structure:

  • Adds quick links to the front page for access to guides based on the role of the individual visiting the site
  • Adds a note that the site is a WIP and inviting contributions
  • Adds a layout to several pages so they appear correctly after migration to minimal-mistakes
  • Moves some of the files into a modified directory structure
  • Switches to the dark colour scheme
  • Adds the logo to the header bar

This completes the changes specified in #7. It also partially addresses #6 although there's more that could be done here.
