Update i18n to the Latest

完成 PR #1294 的两个待办项，将语言文件更新至最新。

(Complete the two TODO tasks raised in PR#1294 and Update Language JSON files to the latest).

1. 将 UVR5 的过长注释在保持原本样式的同时进行拆分，并更新语言 JSON 文件中的键；
   (Split the overly long comments in UVR5 and update the keys in the language JSON files;)
2. 补全之前 PR Move i18n to tools/i18n #1298 中缺失翻译的文本，
   （大部分由 GPT-4o mini 完成，部分来自 PR 将音频切分更改为fap的音频切分与响度匹配,以及完成剩余的i18n #937）；
   (Complete the missing translations from the previous PR#1298 (mostly done by GPT-4o mini, some from PR#937));
3. 将 i18n 语言 JSON 文件更新至最新进度（新增四项）。
   (Update the i18n language JSON files to the latest progress (added four new items)).

Warning

若先合并此 PR，PR #1306 需要更新 uvr5 的 webui.py

就很好奇那个惊叹号翻译最早是谁引入的

说的是用 #! 开头标注未翻译吗?
我知道的是隔壁 Fish 在原本 RVC 的 i18n 上修改的， 在这个位置。
感觉比较方便检测和纠正，所以在重写的时候就顺手加上给 GSV 用了。
