Added Solar Power Saving Calculator

Description👨‍💻

The user needs to choose a state where they want to install the solar panels. Depending on that, it automatically fetches Installation cost and incentives and rebate for that state. The user also needs to enter information like roof area, tilt, electricity consumption per month and preferred solar system size.
