Description👨‍💻

I have added Tip Calculator which helps to calculate the total bill with the user given tip percentage.
I have added BMR Calculator which helps to calculate Basal Metabolic rate of an individual.

• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)

The functioning of the calculator has been verified by using various input and getting the results.
