正常Mnist 上1 Epoch就到98%了，测了fp32模型确实可以，但是Quant模型太难收敛了

这有点诡异问题，同样的量化网络和学习率，在mqbench上很快就收敛了，在你这里很难收敛；

上次遇到我这类问题是pre calibration不够好
