How to use the script of vamb to get the cluster.tsv file according to the binning results of megahit and metabat?

Is the issue here a different one than in #221? I'm not sure I understand your question: It's not possible to use Vamb to get the binning results of metabat - they are two different programs.

My previous expression wasn't very clear.

i mean : if i only have one assembly file 'R63.contigs.fa.gz', how to get the file 'clusters.tsv'? what the module of vamb can achieve this result ? I need this 'clusters.tsv' to run the programe 'PHAMB'.
