Update: this simple fix does not always work, as the video quality for 1080p enhanced is not always the field after regular 1080p. So sometimes it picks enhanced, and sometimes it does not (both with and without this change). A better solution is needed to fix this. |

Was finally able to get premium bitrate to show up, and the simple fix works for now.
