Add the location field in the account details form on the profile page.

Why do we need location?

We are building a map feature that shows the location of all the users on the map on the main site of RDS

• Currently, this should be behind a feature flag, other than dev because we are using the dev=true feature flag to redirect to the new-signup flow, we can use something like showHidden or any other feature flag to show the location input field
