Reproducible Research using Jupyter Notebooks: Curriculum Development Hackathon v 2.0

Curriculum Development Hackathon on Reproducible Research using Jupyter Notebooks, to be held Jan 9-10, 2018 at BIDS in Berkeley, CA

  • Goal: Continue development of the Reproducible Research with the Jupyter notebook curriculum, started at the first hackathon
  • Location: Berkeley Institute for Data Science (BIDS), Berkeley, CA. 190 Doe Library
  • Dates and times: January 9 - 10, 2018; 9 am - 5 pm January 9th and 9am - 12pm January 10th

An initial workshop was outlined at the first hackathon.

Reproducible Research using Jupyter Notebooks:Workshop Overview

In this hackathon, we'll work towards getting individual lessons to a state where they can be taught and have a 1.0 beta release of the lessons. The hackathon will be followed by teaching this curriculum at UC Merced January 11-12, 2018.

Before the meeting: Participants provided an overview of the lessons, and participants decide which lesson they plan to work on during the hackathon.
