Final version with presented slide deck

This is the version that includes the final abstract and the slide deck as presented at BOSC 2015 (including the generated HTML version), after a few small fixes. The fixes can be reviewed in the following pull requests:

Final version submitted for BOSC 2015

Slightly revised and final submitted version of the oral presentation abstract titled "A curriculum for teaching Reproducible Computational Science bootcamps", after the original version was accepted for a talk at the Bioinformatics Open Source Conference (BOSC) 2015.
