Video-List: When you select more than one video you will get a new button in the action-bar to open all detail-pages for the selected video with one click. No need to click every video to edit its details.

Video-Details: With the second script you will automatically open the "More Details"-Section in the Details-Editor. Also will the script automatically change the following settings
