Code for results in ORFik article
Two main folders are included:

- Alignment&QC_scripts (With code for download of files needed, alignment and QC)

- Result_scripts (With code for creating figures and tables)
All scripts should be runnable, since no hard coded file paths are included. You need a unix (linux / Mac) system with at least 64 GB RAM to run without possible problems.
You must use the github version of ORFik!
