Weekly DB update

Changelog

  • Added:
    • incentives for CAGI challenges
    • 1 challenge
    • 1 organization
  • Removed:
    • duplicate challenge
    • platforms with challenge_count = 0 (possibly not platforms)
  • Other general updates like using snake case for all column headers, e.g. createdAt → created_at

Preview

New challenge displayed, CAGI challenges now annotated with "Publication" and "Speaking engagement" incentives, questionable platforms e.g. CASP are not displayed, etc.
