Fixes #2275

Changelog

  • Added:
    • 1 challenge
    • Descriptions for the newly-added organizations with missing details
  • Updated:
    • Challenge name, based on feedback from organizer
    • Challenge statuses, e.g. active → completed
    • Challenge counts
    • Organization names (see linked bug for more context)
  • Removed:
    • Duplicate contribution roles, e.g. organization_id 149 shows up as a "data contributor" twice for challenge_id 18
