A static site generator such as Jekyll or Middleman would probably be best suited for small architecture size and ease of editing. It would also allow us to concentrate on design and organization rather than databases and getting the thing actually working.

Platform

Media hosting can be held on the SnS S3 account. We can host the site on CloudFront or Github Pages.
