Weektime

It's a frequent request, how get a weektime view. Default, the calendar doesn't have weektime, only daytime & week... but it's a good request, and some users try to do that.

You have a first approach from eleazan, wich works fine if you can't override events, or only for one day... and other, more worked, from steliosph, but less updated....
