Open Online Config

Open Online Config manages and maintains open protocols for the distribution of censorship circumvention services.

How to Propose New Protocols

Open a PR to add your proposed standard document to the repository.

For general-purpose distribution protocols, it's recommended to use a version number. For example, if the latest standardized version is Open Online Config Version 1 (OOCv1), then you may propose a version 2.
