Modified the code so as to enable adding the date-time entry to the StoreBook Table.
Modified the HTML code so as to include a date-time entry field and added date-time column to the StoreBook table.

Modified the index.html and app.js file to add the date-time entries in the fourth 'Date & Time' column. Hope that fixes both issue #6 as well as develops upon it. Kindly awaiting your approval, @Sharmi-1999. Thanks.
