  • This PR follows the Contribution Guide
  • Changelog updated - These changes are not required to be published, we need to have an updated repository structure and references
  • Upgrade guide entry added

Description / Motivation

  • By using the template token we are able to simplify release process to skip replacing version values since it will be handled by initializer
  • Removing "upgrade guides" references, documents

Testing Details

  • Unit Test Added
  • Manual Test/Other (Please elaborate)

Types of changes

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)
